Rise and Rebuild
ReBuild is our confidence and economic readiness programme for women who have completed or are nearing completion of Nourish Hub.
The Purpose:Help survivors rebuild confidence, clarity, and readiness for employment or self-sufficiency.
What's Included:
- Confidence rebuilding and identity restoration workshops
- Financial literacy and basic money management
- Career readiness (CVs, interviews, workplace confidence)
- Guest-led sessions with employers, coaches, and professionals
What's NOT Included: Trauma therapy, business grants, or job guarantees. Those come later through partners.
The Outcome: Increased confidence, improved employability, and clear next steps toward independence.
