Our programmes are designed to meet women where they are and help them move forward.

Our approach is simple: Crisis Stabilisation → Economic Readiness → Independence

Phase 1: Nourish Hub (Crisis Stabilisation) - 12 weeks of food, essentials, and referrals when women first leave abuse

Phase 2: ReBuild (Economic Readiness) - Confidence building, financial skills, and career preparation

Phase 3: Onward Pathways - Connection to employment, training, or enterprise opportunities

How We Deliver Support

We work through trusted partnerships with domestic abuse services, housing providers, schools, and community organizations. Women access our programmes through referrals from these partners

  • Weekly food parcels
  • Weekly food parcels and essential items
  • Light wellbeing check-ins (not therapy, but safeguarding-led care)
  • Structured referrals to statutory services (housing, benefits, specialist DV support)
  • Group workshops and confidence-building sessions
  • Guest speakers from employers, coaches, and professionals
  • Clear progression pathways

We don't provide: cash support, petrol, holidays, therapy, or business grants. We focus on what stabilizes, protects, and prepares, not what creates dependency.
